3. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

GMB Care is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google LLC or any of its subsidiaries.

We provide guidance and support services but cannot guarantee the reinstatement or approval of any Google Business Profile.

All outcomes depend on Google’s internal review processes and policies, which are beyond our control.

Our services are provided on a “best effort” basis, and results may vary depending on individual circumstances.

We do not have direct access to Google’s systems or decision-making processes.

4. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge that Google Business Profile outcomes are subject to Google’s policies and decisions, which are beyond our control.

We are not liable for any delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GMB Care and CubeDigitalInnovation LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any false or misleading information you provide

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these terms.

10. Service Modification and Termination
